If you have previously been self-excluded from panako or any PAGCOR-regulated platform, you are prohibited from registering a new account until the exclusion period has formally ended.
To register a panako account, you must provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on a valid government-issued Philippine ID, your date of birth, a valid email address, a valid Philippine mobile number, and a secure password. You agree to maintain the accuracy of your account information and to update it promptly if any details change.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your account credentials with any third party. panako will not be held liable for losses arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain credential security. You must notify panako's support team immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
All panako accounts are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP). All displayed balances, deposits, withdrawals, wager amounts, and winnings are expressed in PHP unless otherwise explicitly stated for USDT TRC20 transactions, in which case real-time conversion rates apply.
In compliance with PAGCOR's licensing requirements and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering regulations, panako requires all Players to complete a Know Your Customer (KYC) identity verification process. Player funds are held separately from panako's operational funds in accordance with PAGCOR's player fund protection requirements. This segregation ensures that Player balances are protected in the event of insolvency, to the extent required by applicable PAGCOR regulations.

Specific bonus terms are published alongside each offer and form part of this Agreement when a Player opts into a promotion.
Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion's terms, wagering requirements apply to the combined bonus and deposit amount. Only wagers on eligible game categories contribute to wagering requirement completion. Live dealer games, sports betting, and bingo may contribute at different rates than slot games — refer to individual promotion terms for contribution percentages.
panako employs automated and manual monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk betting strategies designed to artificially satisfy wagering requirements, the use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and coordinated play patterns. Where bonus abuse is identified, panako reserves the right to void the bonus balance, confiscate winnings derived from it, and close the associated account without prior notice.
Bonus balances that are not used within the promotional period specified in the relevant offer will expire and be removed from the Player's account automatically. Expired bonuses cannot be reinstated.

Sports bets are settled in accordance with panako's published sports betting rules and the official result declared by the relevant sporting body, league, or governing organization. For PBA (Philippine Basketball Association) markets, the official game result as declared by the PBA constitutes the settlement basis. For international markets including NBA, UFC, Premier League, and boxing events, the official result of the relevant organization applies.
In-play betting markets are offered subject to availability and may be suspended at any time. Bets placed on suspended markets will be voided and stakes returned. Significant delays between real-world events and live betting data feeds are inherent to in-play products — panako does not guarantee that in-play prices reflect real-time match status and accepts no liability for bets placed based on delayed information.
panako takes sporting integrity seriously. If panako has reasonable grounds to believe that a betting market has been affected by match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of corruption, panako reserves the right to suspend the market, void all affected bets, and report the matter to PAGCOR and the relevant sporting body. Players found to be complicit in match-fixing or manipulation will have their accounts closed and balances forfeited.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the panako platform. Engagement in any prohibited conduct may result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

Where a Player's account is closed at panako's discretion due to a breach of these Terms, panako may, following investigation, withhold some or all of the Player's Real Money Balance where it is determined that the balance was accumulated through prohibited conduct or fraudulent activity. Where an account is closed for reasons not related to Player breach, the remaining Real Money Balance (net of any applicable bonus balances subject to unmet wagering requirements) will be returned to the Player via their registered payment method within a commercially reasonable period.
Players may request closure of their panako account at any time by contacting the support team. Before account closure is processed, any pending withdrawals will be completed and the remaining Real Money Balance will be returned to the Player's registered payment method.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, panako's aggregate liability to any Player arising from or in connection with these Terms, the Player's account, or any use of the panako platform shall not exceed the total amount of Real Money Balance held in the Player's account at the time the relevant claim arises.
panako shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption, arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use the panako platform, even if panako has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
panako does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency outages, third-party service failures, or force majeure events including natural disasters, government action, or civil unrest may result in temporary unavailability of the platform. panako accepts no liability for losses sustained by Players during platform unavailability.
All content on the panako platform — including but not limited to software, game engines, visual design, logos, trademarks, service marks, text, images, audio, and video — is the exclusive property of panako or its licensed content partners and is protected by Philippine and international intellectual property laws. No license is granted to Players to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from the panako platform without the prior written consent of panako.
The panako name, logo, and all associated marks are proprietary trademarks of the Company. Unauthorized use of any panako trademark is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
The collection, storage, processing, and use of personal data provided by Players is governed by panako's Privacy Policy, available at panako.vip/privacy-policy. By accepting these Terms, you acknowledge that you have read and understood the Privacy Policy and consent to the processing of your personal data as described therein.
panako processes Player data in compliance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173) and applicable PAGCOR regulatory requirements relating to player identification and anti-money laundering reporting obligations.
panako reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made, panako will endeavor to notify registered Players via their registered email address or via a notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect. The effective date of the current version of these Terms is indicated at the top of this page.
Continued use of the panako platform after the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.3.
These Terms and all disputes arising from or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. panako operates under the regulatory oversight of PAGCOR, and these Terms are subject to PAGCOR's applicable directives, circulars, and regulations as may be in force from time to time.
In the event of a dispute between a Player and panako arising from or in connection with these Terms or the use of the platform, the parties shall first attempt to resolve the matter through good faith negotiation. Players should initiate dispute resolution by contacting panako's support team and providing full details of the matter in dispute. panako will acknowledge receipt of formal disputes within two (2) business days and will endeavor to provide a substantive response within ten (10) business days.
Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct negotiation within thirty (30) days, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through PAGCOR's official player complaint channels. Players acknowledge that PAGCOR's determination on disputes falling within its regulatory jurisdiction may be binding on panako.
Subject to Section 16.3, the parties irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines for resolution of any disputes arising from these Terms that require judicial determination.
